Workshops & Retreats Around the World

In this gallery, you’ll find moments from the international workshops and retreats I’ve led across Asia and Europe. Each photo captures the energy of communities coming together to explore handstands, backbends, and mobility through my unique Find & Fix methodology. These images reflect not only the practice, but also the joy, connection, and cultural exchange that make every experience unforgettable.

🇲🇾 Malaysia, Penang

The Penang yoga community welcomed me with so much warmth and openness. Together we dove deep into handstands, backbends, and mobility drills, sweating, laughing, and learning along the way. I even had the chance to share AcroYoga with them, which made the experience unforgettable. Practicing and exploring Penang through the eyes of locals made this journey truly special.

🇨🇳 China, Chongqing

In Chongqing, I was amazed by the dedication and eagerness of the students. The energy in the room was vibrant, and everyone was excited to learn new positions, drills, and transitions. We worked hard on mobility, strength, and safe progressions, and the commitment they brought was inspiring. Thanks to my wonderful host, I also discovered Chongqing through the local culture and community.

🇮🇩 Indonesia, Jakarta

The Strongbee community in Jakarta welcomed me with passion and intensity. Their fire for practice was contagious, and they embraced every handstand, backbend, and mobility drill I introduced. The group’s openness to explore new movements created a powerful atmosphere of growth. I left inspired by their energy and deeply connected to this vibrant city.

🇪🇸 Spain, Girona

Teaching in Spain always feels like coming home. The yoga community here is strong, supportive, and full of heart, making each workshop feel like family. We worked on safe, progressive training for handstands, backbends, and mobility through my Find & Fix methodology. Beyond technique, these workshops carried a deep emotional connection rooted in my hometown roots.
